Canine mold detection is a highly accurate scent-detection method, but it is not infallible and is not a guarantee that a property is free of mold, moisture intrusion, or any other condition. Company is not a licensed home inspector, structural engineer, industrial hygienist, or remediation contractor, and does not perform those services. Any referral Company makes to an independent third-party professional is a courtesy only; Company does not warrant, and is not responsible for, the work, findings, pricing, or conduct of any referred third party.
